Since 2018, I have been roasting coffee with the aim of developing independent and balanced roasts from selected green coffees. Precise craftsmanship, a keen sense of aromas, and an uncompromising commitment to quality form the basis of every roast.
My experience from gastronomy, coffee sales, and daily preparation flows into every coffee. This results in roasts with character, clarity, and reliability – for portafilter machines, fully automatic machines, and filter coffee.

I don't work according to a rigid scheme. Each roast is developed so that origin, sweetness, body, and aromas are in balance. This results in coffees that are clear, balanced, and reliable for everyday use.
