The Person Behind RÖSTWERK
My name is Peter Gries and coffee has been a part of my life for many years. From my daily work with guests, beans, and machines, the desire arose not just to prepare coffee, but to create it myself.
At RÖSTWERK, I combine experience, craftsmanship, and a clear commitment to quality. Each variety is carefully selected, meticulously roasted, and developed in a way that its unique character remains discernible in the cup.
